Hosted at Georgian Peaks Private Ski Club’s summer grounds, The Pickled Dimension is a high-energy pickleball invitational built for competition, community, and brand immersion. 32 players. Custom teams. Full Day experience followed by dinner / entertainment social.
The Challenge
A destination sports event to attract guests during Low summer season – beneficial to the Club and Members. It had to feel effortless, even when variables were shifting:
Constantly changing team rosters and accommodation coordination in a high-demand area.
Adapting to Weather Conditions, equipment logistics, and managing meals/social programming.
The Catapult Motion Approach
Catapult Motion operated as both event producer and official tournament convener, ensuring competitive integrity and seamless flow throughout the weekend.
Full tournament logistics management, live PA system for announcements, and energy control.
Team roster coordination (custom names), original logo design for every team, and custom shirts printed and delivered pre-event.
Equipment sponsors recruited and integrated, meals, and post-play social events coordinated
